Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship across the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after you order. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is [7–14 business days] after processing. Because our pieces are made and shipped to keep prices fair, delivery takes a little longer than next-day retail — thank you for your patience.

Shipping cost. Shipping is [free over $X / a flat $X], calculated at checkout.

Tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Allow 2–4 days for tracking to begin updating.

Delays. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed. Customs, weather, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can add time. If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we'll look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

Lost packages. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact solvashoop@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.
