Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Solva pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window. You can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. We can't accept items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present on delivery.
How to start a return. Email us at
with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns (wrong size, didn't like it). If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it — just include a photo in your email.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-returnable items. Final-sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
